What if there is a missing or damaged item in my return?

Our receiving team does an extensive inventory and inspection of every return. If something comes up as missing, we’ll reach out with an email and a pre-paid shipping label to get it sent back. If the items can’t be found or returned, we will pass along the replacement costs.

 

In the event an item is damaged, our repair team will reach out with details about the damage, and if there is a cost to the repair that would need to be collected.
