Our standard LensCap protection plan covers accidental damage to our equipment as long as you can return it to us. You will never owe more than 10% of the replacement cost of the damaged equipment, no matter how expensive the repair actually is.

Sadly, some types of damage aren't covered by LensCap. A few of those instances are:

• Camera sensor damage caused by exposure to the Sun (regardless of filter used)
• Sand damage
• Water damage
• Intentional damage
• Damage arising from reckless or grossly negligent use of the equipment
• Damage caused by abnormal or abusive use of the equipment
